Professional oversight, from the first conversation.
We exist to bring clarity, accountability, and verified information to the earliest NIL-related conversations involving high school athletes.
Built to close a dangerous gap.
As NIL reaches younger athletes, families increasingly field approaches from agents and intermediaries who arrive with no formal structure, no verified credentials, and no safeguards. That is exactly where mistakes — and harm — happen.
NIL Integrity Group was created to provide independent, professional oversight of those approaches. Our purpose is simple: give families verified information before they place their trust, so their choices are informed rather than hopeful.

Verification and accountability as core principles.
Our vetting methodology is drawn from law enforcement and major-case investigation, where confirming the facts is the standard — not the exception.
PBSA Principles
Our process follows recognized best practices in professional background screening.
FCRA Compliant
Fully aligned with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act's requirements for accuracy and fair procedure.
SafeSport Aligned
Adheres to youth-protection guidelines and recognized youth-sports safety practices.
